Academic Achievements/Awards of Students & Faculty of Department of Political Science

          The education that we get helps us in acquiring information and knowledge either in the classroom or from the extracurricular and co-curricular activities that results in remarkable success.

Remarkable Achievements :-

    ·     Prof. Dr. A. M. Awati has been achieved First prize in the State Level Research               Paper Competition on ‘Changing Role of Media in Democracy’ organized by Dr.B.               L.Bhole Thoght Forum, Wardha in 2023.

 ·       Ku. Vaishnavi Uttamrao Shinde has been awarded Gold Medal in Political Science by             SGBAU. Amravati in 2022.

·       Ku. Komal Rajendra Zore has been awarded Gold Medal in Political Science         by SGBAU. Amravati in 2021.

·       Ku. Ashwini Arun Salve has been awarded Gold Medal in Political Science by SGBAU. Amravati in 2018.

·       Ku. S. T. Doifode has been awarded Gold Medal in Political Science by SGBAU. Amravati in 2010.

·   Dr. A. M. Awati has been awarded first prize in the National Level Research Paper Competition for teachers on ‘Female Foeticide’ organized by G.S. College Khamgaon, Dist.Buldhana on September 24, 2011.

Achievements in Competition:-

·      Ku. Priya Ganesh Zore achieved First Prize in State Level Research Paper Competition organized by Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Arts College Shendurjanaghat, Tal. Varood, Dist. Amravati in 2023.
·      Ku.Ashwini Vishnu Kolhe  (B.Sc. II) won Gold Medal (First Prize) at District Level in Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Thought Exam) in 2022.
·      Ku. Priya Ganesh Zore achieved Consolation Prize in District Level Elocution Competition organized by District Political Science Study and Research Forum on 5^th December 2021.
·      Ku. Vaishnavi Shinde achieved Consolation Prize in the competition in State Level Seminar Competition for students organized by GS College Khamgaon on 6^th February 2020.
·      Ku. Sonam Ravi Sungat (12^th ) won Gold Medal (First Prize) and Ku. Shubhangi Murlidhar Zore (B.A. II) won Silver Medal (Second Prize) at District Level in Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Thought Exam) in 2019.
·      Ku. Ashwini Khandebharad won Third Prize in District Level Essay Competition on Women Empowerment orgainzed by Shri Shivaji Arts, Science and Commerce College, Chikhli Dist. Buldana on 8^th March 2019.
·  Ku. Puja Suresh Agarwal achieved Second Prize in District Level competitive examination on Indian Constitution Awareness organized by Dhamma Sanvak Sangha Buldhana in January 2019.
·      Kailas Bobde (B.Com.I II) won Silver Medal (Second Prize) at District Level in Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Thought Exam) in 2018.
·      Murlidhar Rajkumar Mhaske won First Prize in District Level General Knowledge Exam orgainzed by Buldana District Political Science Study and Research Forum at Shri Shivaji Arts, Science and Commerce College, Chikhli Dist. Buldana on 14^th October 2017.
·      Sachin Sangle and Murlidhar Mhaske (B.A. III) achieved Consolation Prize in State Level Quiz Competition organized by Pratap College, Amalner on   September 2017.
·      Ku. Sonali Dyaneshwar Ghante (B.Sc. II) won Silver Medal (Second Prize) at District Level in Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Thought Exam) in 2017.
·  Ku. Neeta D. Ghadling achieved First Prize in State Level Multidisciplinary Research Paper Competition for Undergraduate Students on Human Rights in India - Current Issues and Challenges in February 2017.
·      Murlidhar Rajkumar Mhaske won Second Prize in District Level General Knowledge Exam orgainzed by Buldana District Political Science Study and Research Forum at Arts College, Buldana on 30^th December 2016.
·      Ku.Anita Parmeshwar Bankar (B.A.III) won Gold Medal (First Prize) at District Level and Ku. Sayli Ganesh Devdhar (B.Com. II) won Silver Medal (Second  Prize) at District Level in Gandhi Vichar Sanskar Pariksha (Gandhian Thought Exam) in 2016.
·      Kapil Kankal (B.A.II) participated in District Level Research Paper Competition organized by G.S. College Khamgaon and he won second Prize on 15^th January 2016.
·      Ku. Nita Ghadling won Third Prize in District Level Debate Competition organized by Arts College Buldana on 5^th January 2016
·   Many Students of the department achieved prizes in research paper competition, general knowledge exam, debate competition, quiz competition at state/university/district Level.
